Tupperware Brands Associates are my extended family. From my first day through life’s changes leading to today, this company truly cares about not only me but my personal family. The atmosphere of Tupperware Brands is natural and pure. I’ve been fortunate to be a part of this family for over 18 years.

While other companies search for savings at almost any cost, Tupperware Brands asks me to find strategic benefit changes that are balanced between what is right for the Associate group and what is right for the company. To be able to search for and enact changes in such a manner is challenging and satisfying.

Relationships

The Benefits team gets a lot done in the course of a year but remembers to have fun while do so. Support for each other keeps us strong and creates a work atmosphere in which I take great pride. Our good relationship with coworkers builds trust and engagement. Having fun in our jobs and valuing our relationships with others makes “no” easier to hear, because Associates know we have truly done our best with fairness in mind.
