HoChul, Manufacturing

I wanted to do something for the community we live in, and I thought that a volunteering activity would be good also for team building.

I immediately obtained agreement from my colleagues and we contacted the local government office, who referred us to an almost abandoned, Old Age Home located near the office.

Our management embraced the idea of having a volunteer activity at the Old Age Home, and promised active and concrete support.

Together we washed blankets, swept floors, tidied up and cleaned the Hall. The elderly people living in the Old Age Home were very happy about having other people to talk to and they were simply delighted when they received Tupperware products donated to them by the Company.

Besides doing something good for the society, this activity was also a great opportunity to get to know my colleagues better, and to show what Tupperware means to the local community.
