Environmental, Social & Governance: Reports & Policies

Sustainability has always been core to Tupperware Brands. Our brand was built on the principles of sustainability by helping households save time, money and food for more than 75 years. To support our Turnaround Plan and to address the many changes in the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020 was the right time to reassess the topics that matter for Tupperware and for our stakeholders.

Working with a leading global expert advisory firm, we embarked upon a process to understand the new Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) landscape and the concerns and expectations of our stakeholders, as a basis for decision-making on ways to move forward. We underwent a materiality assessment to define our priority sustainability topics and a revised sustainability strategy.

We redefined our environmental goals in 2021, as well as introduced for the first time social and governance goals. We’re focused on goals like reducing the amount of waste produced by our factories, eliminating single-use packaging for our products and prioritizing diversity in our workforce and in our Board of Directors.

Our current and previous sustainability reports as well as relevant policy documents are available below on this page.
